Process of warranty:

The company will inspect and repair the product free of charge, in the case that the product is damaged or defected, which caused by the manufacturer under the proper use according to the instructions and within the warranty period referring to the date of purchase by completing the registration according to the warranty policies.

Therefore, the customer must bring a warranty slip or a proof of warranty and a payment receipt with clear and no amendment to it every time they use the service. If the customer alters, disassembles the components of the product, or repairs it by  yourself in any of the ways, we will strictly not be responsible for this warranty coverage. By registering online to increase the warranty period, the registration information must be filled in truthfully and completely with uploaded receipts. If the conditions are not met, the warranty will not be extended in any case.

Silver Cross standard warranty

Standard 4-year manufacturer’s warranty

    • When the customer does not have a clear proof of guarantee and does not have a receipt to show to the officer, or in case of registering online and finds that the information is not true or incomplete with receipt that is not uploaded, the warranty will be terminated immediately.
    • The product is defective because it was misused in anyway, which it was designed nor did not comply with the instructions.
    • The product has been modified or repaired by a person who is not a staff of the company that must be responsible for the warranty services.
    • Scratches, tears and rusts caused by general use. Shock Dropping, getting wet, or deteriorating with normal use, such as strollers’ wheels, fabrics, rubber materials, damaged to sewing parts, and deterioration of resin parts from an exposure to the ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.
    • The product warranty does not include both return shipping/delivering fees or in all cases.
    • This warranty does not include damages, continuously affected by using products in all cases.
    • The company give no rights to exchange new product once the product has been used.
    • Products that have been through accidents, drops, or events that severely affected the product that cannot be repaired.

This warranty is valid only when customer bought from authorized distributor or retailer in Thailand.
